Sender Domain (Branded Email)

Send transactional emails from your own domain (no-reply@your-store.com) instead of storra.xyz.

By default, Storra sends emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications, magic-link sign-ins) from no-reply@storra.xyz. To use your own domain instead — improving deliverability and brand consistency — set up a sender domain.

Set up

  1. Go to Settings → Domain → Sender Domain.
  2. Enter the domain you want to send from (e.g. your-store.com).
  3. Storra (via Resend) generates DNS records you need to publish: SPF (TXT), DKIM (3 CNAME records), and DMARC (TXT).
  4. Add the records at your DNS provider.
  5. Click Verify. We check propagation; once all records resolve correctly, the status flips to "verified."

What happens after verification

All transactional emails switch from no-reply@storra.xyz to no-reply@your-domain.com automatically. The "From" name is your store name. Your reply-to address is your support email (set in Settings → Notifications).

Why bother

  • Deliverability. Emails from your verified domain are less likely to land in spam.
  • Brand consistency. Customers see emails from you, not "storra.xyz."
  • Reply handling. Customer replies go to your support inbox, not Storra's.

Costs

Sender domain setup is free. Email volume is included in your plan: Free 1k/month, Pro 10k/month, Business 100k/month. Above plan limits, additional emails are $1/1000.
